### 4. Return Fees & Costs
* **Defective or Damaged Items:** If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, broken, or incorrect product), Manderos covers all return shipping costs. You will receive a prepaid label at no cost.
* **Customer Remorse (Change of Mind):** If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer remorse, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
* **Restocking Fees:** We charge **$0.00 (No restocking fees)** on all returns.
### 5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away via **Contact@manderos.com** if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will immediately arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
